Amilya.pk is an online store providing clothing, kids’ wear, and home essentials across Pakistan. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website.
All orders are subject to product availability.
Prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice.
Payment options include Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is collected at the time of delivery.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, shipping address, contact number) is accurate.
Free home delivery is available across Pakistan.
Delivery is typically within 4–5 working days after order processing. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons or holidays.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Amilya.pk is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
No returns on sale items, except for defective or damaged products.
Exchange policy is available within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only valid for size or article issues, not personal preference.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for shipping items back to Amilya.pk.
For defective items, delivery and acquisition charges may be deducted (approx. PKR 750 per dress).
We strive to display accurate product images, colors, and descriptions.
Slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or fabric variations.
Customers are encouraged to read the product details carefully before placing an order.
