Return & Exchange Policy – Amilya.pk

At Amilya.pk, all items are offered at discounted prices; therefore, no return policy applies on sale items. However, we do offer an exchange facility under the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 7-day exchange policy, starting from the day you receive your order.

  • Exchanges are applicable only for size or article issues, not for liking or disliking the product.

  • To initiate an exchange, the customer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Return Policy

  • Returns are only applicable in case of defective or damaged items.

  • No returns will be entertained due to color preference, fabric expectations, or personal liking/disliking.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original tags must be intact

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase / order slip is required

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping Responsibility

  • For both return and exchange, the customer is responsible for sending the product back to our provided address via any courier service.

  • Amilya.pk does not bear return or exchange courier charges.

Once your request is approved, we will share complete instructions for the process.

Important Note

  • Customers are advised to carefully read the product description and size details before placing an order, as these are clearly mentioned on every product page.

  • If a customer insists on returning a product (in eligible cases), delivery charges and customer acquisition costs will be deducted. This deduction is approximately PKR 750 per dress.
